Public consultations
Stakeholders are invited to provide input on the guidelines and technical specifications developed within TEHDAS2. Three public consultations will be held throughout the project, each open for 30 days via a survey available on the tehdas.eu website.

Wave 1: Jan – Feb 2025 Topic: Data discovery and dataset description |
Wave 2: Sep – Oct 2025 Topic: Processes to manage permits or data pseudonymisation |
Wave 3: May – June 2026 Topic: Collaboration with third countries, data enrichment and informing citizens |

Stakeholder forums
TEHDAS2 will host three Stakeholder Forums each year, scheduled to coincide with the public consultation timelines. These forums are open to everyone and targeted at stakeholders working with health data.

Additional workshops, consultations, and surveys may be organised throughout the project. Details will be posted on on the events page of the TEHDAS2 website and social media (LinkedIn and X).
National Expert Group Meetings
Finland
Join Sitra’s national expert group to discuss the European Health Data Space and its development, review progress on the TEHDAS2 project and hear from Finnish experts on the topic. The group meets quarterly. Email tehdascoordination@sitra.fi to receive an invitation to the next meeting.
Advisory Board
The TEHDAS2 Advisory Board brings together key stakeholders relevant to building the European Health Data Space and improving the secondary use of health data in Europe. If your organisation is represented on the Board, you are encouraged to connect with your representative to share insights or perspectives.
